Create a Meta App and enable Webhooks + Lead Ads.

Put META_VERIFY_TOKEN and META_PAGE_ACCESS_TOKEN in your .env.

Subscribe the Page to leadgen. New Facebook leads will be created as Unassigned. Assign them manually to an employee from Leads.
For production, deploy on HTTPS and use a long-lived Page Access Token.
